Game Pes 2011, 2013, etc maybe cannot use manager.exe of kitserver, the prompt is "Kitserver current state : information unavailable" how came ?
100% FIX Kitserver current state : information unavailable : reinstal your game in default directory of programfiles > konami, and than copy kitserver on same directory and than you can open kit server manager again and disable current prompt.
