Hostgator Issue February 2015 - They Suspend all of my website

Hostgator Issue February 2015 - They Suspend all of my website hosted all on it. Before i choose hosting plan type business plan other reason couse i need more storage file my web pictre galery. there are business plan said that unlimited disk space, than i choose it. i pay it for 3 years. Than after i post any images on my gallery than i cant access my web gallery, other web host on in also cannot open, not available. than i get contact to live chat with technical support they said that the unlimited disk space is for data only, nor for images like jpg, jpeg, etc. but why the write on it that the have hostgator unlimited disk space ?

Hostgator Limit Storage is last than 1GB , Disk Space usage 977.44MB and i have 976.56GB. So I deleted my web photo gallery. I just Need more storage to host my picture. So Why i paid for expensive service for ?
After Chat and delete my gallery. For 1 - 2 hours my web is normally opened with my browser again.
